Fairhaven "Flex Plan"
Prepay for 16 weeks of lessons/coupons and use them in any group lesson you want and/or combine two tickets for a private lesson. Any member of your immediate family can use the ticket(s) whenever I can work you into the lesson schedule, any time during the 16 weeks.
*Perfect for a family with multiple children; a husband and wife team; riders whose schedules change every week regardless of the reason * Perfect for the person who wants to ride as much as possible for a couple weeks and then has to take a break for whatever reason *
$400 = 16 coupons
1 coupon = group lesson, 2 coupons = private lesson.
(Must be used within 16 weeks. Not applicable to other services).

equine activities resulting from the inherent risk of equine activities,
pursuant to Chapter 12 of Title 14 of the Official Code of Georgia

I have read and fully understand the above stated Georgia Equine
Activity Liability Act, and will not hold Fairhaven Farm, Inc., its
owners, or anyone associated responsible for ANY accident, injury or
death to rider, horse, participant, family member, groom, spectator or
anyone associated with horse or rider. Fairhaven Farm, Inc., its
owners or anyone associated is not responsible for ANY medical bills
that could possibly incur to horse, rider or anyone associated with the
horse or rider.
