Fairhaven is a 250-acre farm nestled into the base of Sims Mountain with stunning views and mountain breezes.
If you want to venture off the farm, we are surrounded by 1000's more acres of woodland and the Pinhoti Trail/Sims Mountain Trail is steps away from my entrance.
We are located 10 miles west off the West Rome Walmart/Sams Club intersection and 3 miles NORTH on Hwy 100. Our farm straddles the Floyd County-Chattooga County line and we chose to put the entrance at the least mountainous spot to facilitate large horse trailers and vans. We are the 2nd driveway on the right (East side), north of the Chattooga County 1 mile marker. After turning onto the gravel driveway, go to the top of the hill and bear right away from our neighbors "not so lovely" junk yard. I purposely made the drive long and away from the highway in case a horse gets loose.
This long shady drive is also a great place to work in hotter weather.
