Western and English riders welcome as long as you can get, groom, tack & control your mount without help at the walk & jog/trot in an open field. More advanced riders who are canter/loping, jumping, competing are welcome too!!

Get ready for an unforgettable experience at Fairhaven Farm's Session B: "Independant Riders Week" of Equestrian Summer Camp!
Riding out of the ring can be exciting for the horse and therefor the rider as well. Sometimes the added adrenaline is challenging to deal with. Learn how to calmly and safely deal with both your horses and your emotions when the environment changes. Monday - Thursday is our Traditional format with emphasis on "out of the ring" riding, but Friday we are switching it up and offering an optional off site trip to Chatsworth Stud. Chatsworth charges $50 for schooling and I am offering discounted hauling for my horses (per insurance) to the facility. If you decide to participate on Friday (first come, first serve) $495 includes all the instruction, horse and equipment rental and hauling.
